Job Objectives: As part of the business sales supervisor rules to handle 2 parts, the corporate section (B2B) and the manpower section (B2C), the job task is created to make sure that the business is going smoothly and efficiently Key Duties & Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Understand client needs and objectives to provide customized solutions. Achieve sales targets and account growth through upselling and cross-selling. Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and opportunities. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support) to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
