Job Objectives:
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company operates in full adherence to telecommunications laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. This role acts as the primary shield against regulatory risks and the main bridge between the company and government authorities, ensuring that all products, services, and commercial activities align
with the prevailing legal landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure and manage all necessary approvals and licenses from government and regulatory bodies (e.g., CITC/CST) for the company’s new products, services, and promotional offers.
- Act as the lead responder to any notices of violation or inquiries from government entities, coordinating with internal departments to investigate, resolve, and mitigate penalties.
- Represent the company as the primary liaison in meetings with regulatory and government authorities, maintaining professional institutional relationships.

- Design and implement initiatives to promote a culture of integrity and compliance across all levels of the organization through training and awareness programs.
- Prepare and present periodic compliance reports to the Board Committees, highlighting the current compliance status, regulatory updates, and potential risk areas.
- Proactively monitor changes in telecommunications laws and regulations, providing impact assessments to senior leadership.
- Identify and assess compliance risks associated with business activities and develop robust mitigation strategies.
Skills Description
Minimum Job Qualifications Requirement (Academic, Training, Languages, etc.)
- University degree (Business administration, Legal, telecom engineering)
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (speaking, writing)
Minimum Work Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, including at least 4 years in regulatory affairs and compliance.
- Must have experience with and a strong understanding of CST policies and regulations.
